Responsibilities for this Executive Property Manager role will include:

  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants and landlords.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of property management operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service is provided.
  • Advise and recommend course of action on a range of property issues.

  • Have accurate administrator skills.
