As part of the leadership team for the Housing Repairs and Maintenance service, you will lead, develop and be accountable for the key strategic elements of compliance and building services.

Managing a team of technical and non technical staff, as well as support from external contractors;


You will ensure governance and successful delivery of complex programmes through collaboration and building relationships with internal and external partners.


This role comes at a time of opportunity for improvement; to reshape the service to improve our offer to residents and meeting the demands of consumer standards.
