Job Description:
Technical Compliance Administrator


Context:


ISS provides facilities management, cleaning & hygiene services, maintenance and building services, catering, front of house, hospitality and security and a wide range of other tailor-made services for customers throughout the Key Accounts 1, Key Accounts 2 & Specialised Services.


Job Purpose:


You will be responsible for providing relevant administrative support to the Technical Services team with a focus on managing compliance.


  • Comply with company wide Policies, Processes and Procedures.
  • Updating of Track Record system to give an accurate reflection of contract operational compliance.
  • Identifying areas of focus for operational teams to improve compliance reporting.
  • Ensure all tasks undertaken are done so in line with the prescribed procedures and without any deviation to minimise any risks to the client.
  • Ensure that requests are responded to and resolved in the appropriate timescales against SLAs.
  • Ensuring evidence or remedial works following PPM and compliance activity is logged and managed through to completion.
  • Processing of quotes and POs for the Technical Services team as required.
  • Support with the creation of presentations as required.
  • Attending meetings to provide updates and take minutes.
  • Supporting with the creation and review of documentation, processes and procedures ensuring continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager in support of wider team needs.
  • Monitoring HD tickets and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Checking when tasks are about to breech and Liaising with technical supervisor and team.
  • Place calls with contractors and chase up service reports.

Qualifications:


  • Good standard of general education
  • English and Maths GCSE A to C grade

  • Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team with prior client facing experience.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads appropriately.
  • A clear understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • High level of awareness of the market within which the ISS and our clients operate.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and operationally as part of a team.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience within an FM Management arena.
  • Relevant Administrative experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple highlevel, timesensitive projects simultaneously with superb attention to detail.

Conditions of Employment


Full time permanent position, 40 hours per week, with shifts covering core hours generally between 0800 and 1700 Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
