Site Administrator

Glasgow - On-site Environment
We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our excellent team at Woodside Viaduct, Glasgow.
You will be working on site with a great Project Management team and aiding with the administration and secretarial duties of the site.
Responsibilities
Taking ownership of the receptionist duties, you will be maintaining the document control function and records.
The site will be busy, so carrying out inductions for employees new to site will be a regular task, onboarding, checking right to work documents and carrying out 1st day checks.
In addition, you will be assisting with day to day general enquiries, placing material and plant orders, and maintaining plant registers.
Knowledge
This role requires administration experience in some capacity, be it work experience or through education.
Great communication, written and verbal will be needed to perform most duties.
This role is supported by an excellent team, though the ability to work independently, manage ones work load and work to ones own initiative will be very beneficial in this environment.
