Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time receptionist to join a well-established charity-based organisation in West Leeds. Previous reception experience is desired. You must be available immediately as this role is starting ASAP.


Hours are Monday to Thursday

  • Keeping Reception tidy
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors including signing in/out
  • Answering all telephone calls
  • Receiving and distributing mail as well as logging it
  • Visitor roll call in the event of fire
  • Updating car park registers
  • Ensuring the coffee machine is fully stocked
ASAP start for approximately for 8 weeks
