Description
Senior Surveyor required for a housing provider in Birmingham, working on planned improvement projects.

  • Be experienced in managing contractor's performance delivering building works at a project level including H&S, quality, value, progress and KPIs.
  • Have a strong understanding of maintenance services within social housing sector (responsive, empty homes, planned, cyclical and compliance), and have a successful track record of delivering building surveying services or M&E projects, and management ofwork programmes (essential).
  • Experience of working to set budgets whilst ensuring value for money.
  • An understanding of current building legislation and wider sector issues relating to energy performance and building safety (essential).
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of undertaking stock condition surveys and managing data (essential).
  • Ideally you will have a HNC in building or construction discipline.
- £38000 plus £1650 car allowance.
