ArchiMate Specialist - (Banking) - London / Edinburgh / Remote - OUTSIDE IR35 £750
We have an opening for an ArchiMate Specialist to join our Programme Solutions team here at Gibbs Hybrid.

This will initially be a 3 month contract (potential to extend further), work will predominantly be remote, with monthly trips expected to the client sites in Edinburgh and London.

This contract is outside IR35 with the pay set at £650-£750 per day.
This position is a critical part of the project. The purpose of the role is to help deliver training to the Programme Solutions team for the ArchiMate Tool.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the team on a series of calls and workshops in order to bring the team up to speed.

Whilst this role is to provide training materials and documents you do not need to be an ArchiMate trainer. We are looking for an ArchiMate Practitioner with exceptional communication skills.

You will be comfortable communicating with up to 20 high level Architects and bringing your knowledge of ArchiMate to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on ArchiMate for individuals and groups, both internally and externally, to enhance their understanding and proficiency in utilising the ArchiMate modelling language and framework.
Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, documentation, and videos, to support the delivery of ArchiMate training programs. These materials should cater to various learning styles and be easily accessible to participants.
Develop training curricula and learning paths to meet the diverse needs of different roles and skill levels within the organization, ensuring that training programs are tailored to address specific use cases and business requirements.
Utilise instructional design principles to design and develop interactive and engaging training materials that effectively communicate complex concepts and best practices related to ArchiMate.
Facilitate brownbag sessions, workshops, and knowledgesharing forums where participants can exchange ideas, ask questions, and receive guidance on ArchiMate modelling techniques and challenges.
Provide oneonone coaching and mentoring to architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders, offering personalized guidance on ArchiMate modelling and analysis techniques.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define architecture modelling objectives and develop ArchiMatebased solutions aligned with business goals and strategies.
Continuously update and enhance training materials to reflect the latest developments and advancements in the ArchiMate modelling language and framework.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices in enterprise architecture and ArchiMate, incorporating relevant insights into training programs and materials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make improvements as needed.

This is a project within the financial services industry.

Prior Financial Services experience is highly beneficial, although ArchiMate experience within a large complex/ corporate environment will also be welcomed.
