CMA are partnering with a growing business based in Cosham, to recruit an experienced Purchase ledger Team Leader to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, help shape the function, and be at the forefront of process improvement.

Reporting into the Management Accountant this is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous management experience in a transactional finance role, ideally purchase ledger focused, and allow the individual to take the next step in his or her career.


What will the Purchase Ledger Team Leader role involve?

  • Responsible for managing the day to day purchase ledger function;
  • Take a lead on Query resolution and dealing with any escalations;
  • Day to day line management of a team of 5;
  • Produce and run BACS payment runs;
  • Continuous process improvement within the department;
  • Other ad hoc duties.
  • Previous experience within a leadership role within a transactional finance function ideally purchase ledger focused;
  • Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to work within a team;
  • Strong IT Skills;
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly.
