Are you looking for a new opportunity as a
SALESNEGOTIATOR?My client is looking for an individual to work in their busy residential sales department.

You will have
residential salesexperience working within an
ESTATE AGENTS.My client is looking for someone target driven, is a good all rounder and wants to progress their career.

Main responsibilities

  • Dealing with current and potential vendors
  • Showing potential purchasers around properties
  • Negotiating sales
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Providing weekly sales figures
  • Taking and putting forward offers
  • Following up on viewings
Skills & Experience Required

  • Residential Sales Experience
  • Excellent time management
  • IT Literate
  • Great communication skills
  • Local knowledge preferred
  • Ability to maintain administrative processes
  • Be able to list ideal but not essential
