Your Commitment to our Team
As a Customer Service Advisor, you are an integral part of our Customer Services team and will help us to support customers and uphold a great level of service

Day-to-day, you will help us to answer inbound telephone calls, process orders, answer queries, and problem solve customer complaints.


Your Responsibilities

  • Discuss customers' order requirements and seek opportunities to crosssell products.
  • Conduct office based administrative duties.

Skill Set As a Customer Service advisor

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers and a great telephone manner.
  • Be able to demonstrate planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload with flexibility.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Work using your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Work calmly under pressure.
  • Be able to handle complaints.

We take our sustainability responsibility extremely seriously, and it is only with the full cooperation of each and every one of us, that will ensure we deliver on our sustainability objectives.

  • Switch off lights when the space is not being used.

  • Only fill up the kettle for the number of cups of hot drinks you are making.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly by using our recycling processes.

What are my hours? Our contracts range from 20 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week (including the August bank holiday and optional overtime when needed) and our seasonal shifts are Monday to Friday.


When can I start? Our peak season starts from June through to mid-September so you can start anytime from June onwards, finishing beginning/mid-September.


What's my location? We are located in Altrincham with good public transport links.


Holidays:
Your holiday entitlement is pro-rated to your hours of work and pro-rated to your term of employment. These accrued hours will be paid at the end of your contract.
