What is the role?
We are recruiting for 3 experienced Customer Relations Officers to join our team.

This role is initially for a
6 month fixed term contract with a possibility of going permanent and will be based at our site in CV37.

The role will include:

Providing an effective customer facing support function to our homeowners
Resolution management, progression updates, active listening, empathy and effective communication across various channels
Ensuring communications with customers regarding defects are dealt with in a professional, confident and timely manner
Work closely with the site based team as well as other departments across the company to ensure communication is optimal
Complying with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout team
Carrying out general administration duties
Being a brand ambassador as well as a customer champion to ensure we deliver an excellent customer service

What we need from you?

Previous experience within a Customer Relations or Sales role
Thrives within a fast paced and busy environment
Be customer focused with proactive problem solving skills and remain calm in pressurised situations
Active listening skills, patience and empathy
