It's widely recognised within the Multiply strategy that the hardest to reach of our community are not attracted by the traditional learner recruitment methods and as such the College is seeking someone to bring new and innovative concepts that will support a 51 week roll on, roll off enrolment campaign.

You will work closely with employers and community stakeholders learners across Carmarthenshire focusing on recruitment of learners on numeracy programmes and ensuring that all key stakeholders are fully engaged and receive the appropriate communications so that learners signed up on the appropriate training programmes and successfully complete their learning as agreed.

Through this engaging and community focused environment, Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion will be at the heart of developing new skills and supporting those that want to improve existing skills.

Key Responsibilities

To work closely with learners and community venues across Carmarthenshire in the recruitment of learners for numeracy upskilling
To ensure that all key stakeholders are fully engaged and receive the appropriate communications so that learners successfully complete their enrolment paperwork
To work in collaboration ensuring all Multiply outcomes are met
To work to agreed monthly recruitment targets

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay:
£30,465.00-£32,538.00 per year
