Are you interested in becoming a Trainee Teaching Assistant? Tradewind will be running a 'Teaching Assistant School' local to Grimsby and will be essential to anyone who would like to become a Trainee Teaching Assistant.

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant,you will be given the tools to support pupils and class teachers by attending our Teaching Assistant School.

This will also be useful for individuals who have had experience in working in a school setting, or previously volunteered within a school setting.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

Hold a TA qualification (Desirable)
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover ALL of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages
Some understanding of SEN and the desire to work with Special Needs pupils
