Location:
Gloucester City Centre

Rate:
£11.20 per hour

Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (shift times will be & across days & weekends)

Fantastic opportunity for a customer focused Security Supervisor to oversee a dedicated and professional team in Gloucester City Centre. This is a busy customer focused location in the heart of Gloucester.

Applicants should be:

SIA Door Supervisor licensed
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team
Happy working a 4 on / 4 off across days and weekends
Happy working in a customer focused mixed use (retail etc) environment

The role will see you supervising Officers and undertaking frontline security duties.

Duties:

Supervise a team of Security Officers and ensure a customer focused service is maintained at all times
Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions
Regular patrols of the Mall
Assist with rostering Officers
Working closely with on site Management on a daily basis
Be the first point of contact for any issues, this could range from First Aid assistance to theft.
Manage incidents
Provide training and guidance to Security Officers
Manage the provision of CCTV and access control systems
