We work alongside the NHS to provide excellent hospital-to-community discharge as well as providing private care. Our service users have a broad range of physical and learning difficulties, and complex health and behavioural issues.


The Role will involve:


  • Supporting our clients with all aspects of personal care including washing, bathing and toileting.
  • Administering medication in a way appropriate for the client.
  • Preparing meals for clients where necessary.
  • Providing support with shopping and light domestic tasks.
  • Providing companionship to all clients.
  • More complex care is required with some clients e.g. cough assistant and peg feeding, however full training is given.
  • Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Have good listening and communication skills.
  • Have empathy for clients' situations.
  • Be committed to working as part of a team.
  • Be physically fit and in good health.
  • Be happy to work in a diverse multicultural society.
  • Be aware of the varied needs of people in the community.
  • Be reliable this is essential as people's lives are affected by our service.
  • Be willing to do mandatory training and updates as required.
