We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Trainer who is knowledgeable and professional in health and fitness and able to represent Third Space by offering advice and support to our members.

This role is not for the shy or fainthearted as you will be expected to confidently offer professional advice to club members and, in doing so, build up strong rapports.


As a Trainer, you must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.


Please note that this is a Trainer role only and does not include any aspect of Personal Training; however, if you so wish, you will have the opportunity to enrol onto our Academy career path where you will be assessed by a number of differing criteria, such as the training inductions and interactions you achieve and, if successful, you can move up the ranks to then becoming a Personal Trainer.


Core Skills Requirements Summary

  • Well presented with good written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and have a natural flair for going above and beyond the expectations of our members
  • Serve as a customer service liaison between members and management
  • Selfdriven with a positive attitude and a clear focus on providing a firstclass member experience
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and the fitness industry influences
  • First Aid knowledge

Essential Qualifications:


  • Valid Level 3 Fitness qualification / or a degree in Sport & Exercise (or a nationally accredited equivalent)
