Description

Do you want to work in a diverse and talented environment with the opportunity to take your career beyond your expectations? Would you like to join a progressive and innovative law firm to shape and mould your career? If so, then come work with us at Admiral Law.

As we step into a world of hybrid working, you'll get a chance to work from our modern offices and the comfort of your own home Avoid some of the daily commute and enjoy coming in and working with your colleagues face-to-face - we're offering the best of both worlds.

About the role:

We specialise in road traffic accident claims.

We understand that motor accidents are distressing and can be confusing, especially if you've never had to deal with an insurance claim before.

This is a phone-based contact centre role, working on a rotating shift pattern.

As a New Client Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our clients after they have been involved in a road traffic accident.

Your role will be to make a good first impression and gather information accurately, whilst showing empathy to our clients at a stressful time for them.

Our people are always at the heart of what we do, so we'll always make sure you have the skills and knowledge to do your job and do it well.

After comprehensive training, you'll start making calls and setting up new claims.

You'll also benefit from on-going training to ensure you're always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.

Requirements:

  • You'll need to have excellent attention to detail.
  • Great listening skills
  • A calm, professional phone manner.
  • You will be required to be proactive and work using your own initiative.
  • Motivated and eager to take on board the theory before putting it into practice to help our clients
  • Although you will be required to work independently you will also need to work as part of a team to achieve your individual, team, and department goal of providing the best possible service to our clients.

Please note:
We provide full and extensive training, so you do not need insurance or law experience.

Our Commitment to You
All qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for employment.
