Offering up to £25,000 for this role, you'll be joining an in-house creative design team for a profit for purpose organisation, dedicated to bettering current and future generations through technology.

Responsible for the ensuring a meaningful user experienceand producing user-centred content and design, in this role you'll be supporting the Lead Content Designer in the creation of content across digital and offline channels.


As Content Designer, you'll be responsible for.

  • Creating new content to enhance and improve customer journeys in line with our strategic & business objectives.
  • Crafting, evaluating, updating, and reviewing content at all stages of the endtoend user journey.
  • Devising and editing digital content across various channels.
  • Delivering effective content effective content as part of a modern integrated user experience.
  • Copy editing and proofreading to accurately match the brands tone of voice.
  • Assisting with UX writing to ensure clear, consistent messaging across our digital platforms.
  • Providing traditional copywriting and proofreading support.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following

  • Alevel or equivalent in the English Language.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Marketing, or related degree is desirable.
  • Proven experience writing copy for different channels and audiences.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Demonstratable Copywriting skills with a portfolio.
  • UI design experience (desirable).
  • Highly creative, with an eye for design.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A passion for providing exceptional user experience.

The Role


You'll be joining a creative and talented team that has expansive and dedicated tools, processes, and functions that allows you to step into the role with ease.

You'll bring your creative skills and copywriting proficiency to the team and flourish in a busyand varied role.

This is a hybrid position with at least one day a week in the Swindon offices for collaborative team brainstorming sessions.
