GOSH Charity has an exciting new strategy with people at its heart.
Our People team are currently working on a number of interesting projects and we are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as a People Business Partner for 6 months to support the team and help us deliver this work.
This role will act as a trusted advisor and critical friend to staff, managers and senior leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting the organisation to attract, develop and retain the best talent in order to deliver on our ambitious goals for seriously ill children.
About the Team
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will report to the Head of People Business Partnering and support colleagues across Administration, Finance & Resources, Grants & Impact, and Marketing & Communications.
You'll also work closely with the L&D Specialist, EDI & Wellbeing Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Project Manager and colleagues in the People Operations Team.
About You
You'll have a proven track record of building excellent working relationships with your stakeholder group, and experience delivering on a range of people initiatives.

Our approach to hybrid working
This role is based in our Central London office (WC1N, opposite Russell Square underground) with the option to work remotely up to three days a week.
