Description
We are seeking a Document Management and Database Administrator to join our team supporting our busy sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on administration and organisation and has an eagle eye for detail. The successful individual will need to be comfortable working within a fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Contract and Document Management:
  • Contract & Permanent Paperwork
  • Creating and amending supplier agreements
  • Amending and updating Client terms.
  • Chasing clients for outstanding paperwork
  • Database Management:
  • Daily checks of client records have been created with relevant information
  • Database cleansing
  • Postage Packs:
  • Management and cleansing of client contacts in preparation for mailing.
  • Weekly posting of packs.
  • Data Analytics:
  • Checking social media platform for weekly stats. Monitoring them within a spreadsheet.
  • Cover for the Office Manager when out of the office.
  • Greeting visitors

Full time:
Salary 18-22k depending on experience
