Job Introduction

We are looking for a Call Services Operator to join Rapport and be part of one of our most prestigious client sites in Leeds.
Looking for a work-life balance? Sick and tired of working weekends?


_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day), working from Monday to Friday._


An exciting role looking after 3 different areas all in one team which will include Switchboard, Facilities helpdesk, and Meeting Room Bookings.

We require someone who can anticipate the needs of the bookers and the host and follow up all details for all areas.


Main responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard
  • Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
  • Working collectively with service partners to achieve a one team approach

  • Possess the ability to create positive and lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike

  • Display operational effectiveness and ensure all standards are adhered to
  • Ideally have at least 1 year of customer service experience within a 5* development or corporate background
