Provide oversight across CRE technology workstreams to ensure robust management and successful/timely delivery
Understand the priorities of the key stakeholders within global and regional teams and agree the best approach to engage and partner with them
Coordinate with accountable business representatives, vendors and architects to shape and agree service line roadmaps
Lead Quarterly planning events with accountable business representatives to validate and agree delivery priorities
Drive forward Smart Building and IOT working groups (Corporate Services, Technologists, Infrastructure, Suppliers etc) to deliver standards, frameworks and roadmap that will help enable HSBC to realise its Smart Building, Automation and Business Intelligenceaspirations
Implementing and running overarching vendor management framework for CRE outsourced technology, in line with HSBC standards
Coordinating across SMEs and working groups to inform supplier selection framework for services and outsourced technology, which is aligned to HSBC target state architecture and standards
Senior stakeholder communication, engagement and influencing

Experience

Programme/Portfolio management in an Agile/Hybrid environment including experience of Scrum (and preferably Jira and Confluence tooling)
Shaping roadmaps and delivering technology transformation in large scale environments to transition towards target start architecture
Domain knowledge of Corporate Real Estate Technology, particularly IOT and Smart building technology
Managing technology supplier selection
Managing outsourced technology and SaaS contracts
Service Management of IT Operations
Working in a highly complex, multinational environment
Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills
