This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract which will provide an excellent opportunity to gain HR experience within a fast paced HR environment.


The HR Assistant will provide a proactive, high quality and efficient HR administration service to the HR team, managers and employees.


Your Tasks:


  • Carrying out administrative tasks associated with all areas of HR including but not limited to; new starter processing, employment contracts, filing, references, purchasing and supplier management, visas, ensuring the tasks are completed effectively and accurately
  • Organizing the logistics of training courses and managing attendance, in particular arranging location, invites, catering, liaising with external and internal facilitators on equipment required, to ensure the courses run smoothly and provide an excellent participant experience
  • Coordinating and consolidating training data such as training evaluation and attendance to enrich future training initiatives and provide useful information to support further learning and development activities
  • Consolidate information from employees development plans and the HRBP's to provide actionable information and recommended focus areas to the HRBP Lead on Learning & Development to shape the annual training plan
  • Updates HR systems with accurate and timely information to ensure our data is reliable and processed effectively
  • Create reports from our local and global systems to provide information that supports and shapes our people agenda
  • Actions the data retention/deletion concept for HR data ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Supports payroll and benefits administration to enable accurate processing
  • Set up interviews and assessment activities to support the Recruitment Manager in finding top talent to join our organization.

Your Profile:


  • Experienced in a fast paced Administration role or newly CIPD qualified or studying towards CIPD.
  • High levels of initiative and broad thought process to enable efficiency and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Strong relationship builder and customer orientation
  • A drive for digitalization to improve ways of working
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively and deal with conflicting priorities
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (excel, powerpoint, word)
