Suitable for:
Facilities Technician, Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician,Maintenance Electrician, Electrician.

The Role
Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance across the site

Installation of new equipment and infrastructure

Undertake general maintenance and facilities repairs

Directing, co-ordinating and implementing essential services

Ensure the company meets Health and Safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation

Escort contractors when required

Assist other team members with maintenance PPM's and installation work

To work as a team to ensure all jobs are completed in given timescales

The Person
City and Guilds qualified Electrician

Wiring Regulation Qualifications (training will be provided to bring to current standards)

Experience working within a commercial electrical installation environment

Ideally have some experience of high voltage electrical systems (not essential)

A strong eye for detail with a right first-time attitude

The ability to manage a varied workload

Good awareness and understanding of health and safety
