The Children, Staff and Governing Board at Aspiring Foundations Federated Nursery Schools are looking to appoint a confident, inspirational and experienced SENCo to join our team.

Following the restructure of our Senior Leadership Team, a new position has been created within our Federation.

We are seeking a SENCo who:

Provides high quality strategic leadership to ensure that all SEND children across the Federation make substantial and sustained progress from their different starting points
Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with EYFS experience
Has the ability to support staff to develop and deliver learning programmes for children with SEN
Has good communication skills and an ability to work within a team and enable liaison with a variety of external agencies
Has a National Award for SEN Coordination
