The Children, Staff and Governing Board at Aspiring Foundations Federated Nursery Schools are looking to appoint a confident, inspirational and experienced SENCo to join our team.

Following the restructure of our Senior Leadership Team, a new position has been created within our Federation.


We are seeking a SENCo who:

  • Provides high quality strategic leadership to ensure that all SEND children across the Federation make substantial and sustained progress from their different starting points
  • Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with EYFS experience
  • Has the ability to support staff to develop and deliver learning programmes for children with SEN
  • Has good communication skills and an ability to work within a team and enable liaison with a variety of external agencies
  • Has a National Award for SEN Coordination
