We have a new opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join our Head Office team in North Leigh, just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire.

The team are responsible for ensuring that we have a balanced approach to risk, achieve our regulatory obligations and most importantly, seek continuous improvement to our customer journey.

If this sounds interesting to you, you'll need to be able to demonstrate

A proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Good organisational skills
Great attention to detail
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential
An ability to build longlasting and mutually beneficial relationships
A working knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry or working in an FCA regulated industry would be an advantage but is not essential
