Data improvement Agent - £23,195

Our very well established client based in Peterborough is recruiting for a brand new role of Data Improvement Agents. This is a office based role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week.


Role -
The aim of this role is to validate and/or improve the quality of the Non Household data.

This includes matching the records to third party data sources, interrogating available sources to confirm information or to investigate further where any information is unclear.


There needs to be clear commentary around potential issues that may require handing over to other teams within the business.

Where data is amended or validated, this will need to be accurately updated in the core systems.


Requirements -

  • Ability to use relevant sources (such as websites, data sources) to find information to resolve queries
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately record outcomes of searches to categorise findings
  • Accuracy of adding/amending information in core systems
  • Able to communicate with internal/external sources when further information is needed, or clarify information
  • Ability to work to targets and communicate any risks on achieving these, escalating as appropriate
  • Understand how to prioritise work based on set criteria
  • Experience of Microsoft tools
