As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Providing information about services and products offered
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Working cooperatively with the customer service team to meet goals
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Experience within Customer Service/Contact Centre
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong customer service orientation
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • A high level of empathy and understanding
  • The ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Can commit to a 3 month temp role
