The Job
As Technical Sales Administrator, you will be working within our busy Sales & Marketing team, ensuring accuracy and proficiency of the sales administration function.
You will be working within the Sales department managing multiple tasks, as you can imagine it will be a busy department in a fast-paced business so great attention to detail, being highly organised and working as a team is essential.
The role is part time or full time, Monday to Friday.

- Input and processing of orders to incorporate all invoicing and shipping arrangements
- Ensure accuracy and proficiency of the sales administration function using established process and providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Checking and processing all customer information and Purchase Orders within the necessary systems, ensuring accuracy is maintained
- Liaising with scheduling and other departments to make sure the changes in the schedule are reflected on the system and relevant customers are advised
- Responding to general sales enquiries
- Ensure timely and consistent answering of incoming telephone calls
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing team with administration and system maintenance updates
- Raising credit notes, refunds, and new invoices for returned goods and incorrect payments where required
- Support Finance team to ensure timely receipt of receivables and issue resolution
- Work with Sales & Marketing, and Purchasing teams to maintain BI and MA pricing with support from sales team members where required
- During quieter periods, assisting the Senior Management Team and other areas of the business with administration support where required
- General admin and support
