Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nursing associate to join our paediatric nursing team.

Here at Oldham we supported the introduction of the nursing associate role and recognise the value of nursing associates as part of our wider nursing team.

Here at Oldham we provide general paediatric, paediatric surgery, paediatric high dependency and children's observation and assessment nursing opportunities. We have a light, bright bespoke unit and a friendly and welcoming team.

The post holder is responsible for the assessment of patient care needs and development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, both for a specific group of patients as the named care provider and in supporting the care of all patients.

As a nursing associate you will assist in the management and organisation of work as required, ensuring effective communication is maintained at all times, providing support for junior staff.

You will be supported to develop your paediatric practice identifying and building on your own clinical interests.
