Whytematter Staffing Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a transport company based in Ballynure. They have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR Team.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will work closely with management and group divisions to provide a comprehensive service for all recruitment needs and requirements.


Main Responsibilities:

Manage and track vacancies via the applicant tracking system
Communicate effectively with Managers providing regular updates on their recruitment campaigns.
Arrange and conduct interviews.
Contact new employees, manage job offers, prepare inductions, and assist with the onboarding process.
Attend job fairs and careers events when required.


Essential Criteria:

Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Working towards or willing to work towards CIPD
Excellent communication skills


Desirable Criteria:

Previous experience in a recruitment or in an HR related role

Reports to:
Group HR Manager

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm

Location:
Onsite, Ballynure (20 mins outside Belfast)

Salary:
£24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
