Description
RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established distribution company. We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their finance team in Nantwich.

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to expand their managerialexperience within finance, you will supervise a small team of Purchase Ledgers and report back to the Finance Manager.

The Role

  • Supervision of a small purchase ledger team
  • Processing all supplier invoices
  • Identifying and managing queries and liaising with internal/external parties
  • Creating payment runs
  • Monthly statement reconciliation
  • Month end journal and reconciliation
  • Some management of the sales ledger where required.

The Person

  • Must have management experience within a similar environment.
  • Must have managed/lead a small team
  • At least 35 years' experience as a Purchase Ledger
  • Previous experience in Sales ledger is desirable.
  • AAT qualified is desirable but not essential
