Role - Customer Service Representative

Location - West Malling, Kent (Hybrid)
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within customer service?

Connect2Staff are working with an award winning and well-established business in the Kings Hill area. Together, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their fun and friendly team.


To actively promote our clients products and services to recognise sales opportunities and to increase new business through sustaining and upgrading the existing customer base.

Key Job Duties

  • Deliver effective and efficient customer service to exciting and prospective customers that seeks to anticipate, respond to and exceed customer expectations at all times.
  • Corresponding with customers via telephone and in writing
  • Setting up new accounts and direct debits
  • Actively promote the businesses products and services to recognise sales opportunities and increase new business through sustaining and upgrading the existing customer base.
  • To obtain a high level of knowledge around the systems, processes, and products within the department to the level of being a point of reference for queries, to being able to identify and/or resolve issues and problems.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers to extend network
  • Communicate articulately to a high level whether verbal or written communication
  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Great customer service skills
  • Being able for act professionally under pressure
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is key

Monday to Friday 35 hours
