Avanti Recruitment is currently working with a Software Company based in Altrincham, Manchester who specialise in real world traffic data and analytics.

They are now looking for a Graduate C# or Java Developer to join their team.

They offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week.

You will be working on a project which will utilize AI to provide accurate real-time data to drivers. Ultimately resulting in less congestion and providing a more accurate ETA.

You will be working on a platform which is utilizing a huge, 20 billion pointsper day, amount of real-time and historical data.

On a daily basis you will find yourself working in a small Agile team of 5 developers. You will work on building and testing scalable and reliable data driven systems. You will be involved in working in a microservices environment and will be working acrossthe full software development life-cycle.

You will work closely with the other developers to develop new features and components, with a strong focus on the backend development.

They work with a range of modern technologies including: C#,.NET CORE, SQL Server and AWS.

Experience Needed:


  • 2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar
  • Database knowledge (SQL ideally)

Desirable:


  • AWS
  • Docker / Kubernetes

Salary and Benefits:

Salary on offer up to £35,000.
Bonus 15%
Pension 10% from company if you put in 7.5% otherwise will match
25 Days holiday + Bank Holiday
Flexi working hours
Hybrid Working (2 days in office per week)
