Closing Date:Sunday 29 January 2023- This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help North Lincolnshire Council provide the best quality highway network for its residents.

This role is within our busy Highway Operations team, delivering a high quality and customer focused service.

You will join a team used to working collaboratively with colleagues across the Council to respond to a variety of service demands.

The person suited to this role will need to be able to work on their own for a majority of the time with support from the manager and team when needed.

They will need to be able to transport themselves around the area to inspect the work of statutory undertakers (specifically in accordance with the requirements of the New Roads and Street Works Act), contractors and any other person working in or using the network to advise or instruct them as necessary or the like so that the safety of highway users is not compromised and the existing structural integrity of the highway is safeguarded and maintained.
