Job Description:

Make your mark as Survey Focal Point at Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen Working as a part of the operations team, you will work closely with the Vessel Managers, Technical Superintendents and our strategic partners to plan, prepare and maintain all survey requirements throughout Boskalis Subsea Services.

Your responsibilities as Survey Focal Point:

Enhance efficiency in project delivery by understanding and supporting the projects teams survey requirements.
Support equipment preparation to meet project requirements, including collation of premobilisation audits & certification packages.
Support our crewing team to maintain the Surveyors fleet via our strategic partners.
Act as the main point of contact with our Survey strategic partners.
Analyse the performance of our strategic partners and complete detailed incident reporting to allow for understanding for survey challenges.
Enhance operational efficiency by suggesting and encouraging technical developments.
Development of a robust Bridging Document between our Survey Strategic Partners Management System and Boskalis Subsea Services Management System.

You can move ahead as a Survey Focal Point if you have:

Recognised Technical qualification in Surveying techniques
Demonstrable knowledge of ROV and Survey systems, their function and purpose in Diving and Subsea Construction
Offshore Survey experience at Senior/Party chief level
Project engineering experience in ROV/Subsea industry
Working knowledge of frame agreements and experience managing external stakeholders
Ability to advise and communicate with others at different levels and within different disciplines in the organization.
Excellent Communication skills.

Extra information

Your team: Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you will be working within an established operations team.
Where you will work: For officebased roles, in consultation with your manager and your team, you work partly at home and partly in the office.
Full/parttime job: The position of function is a fulltime (35 hours a week) job. Core Hours 9.30pm2.30pm each day.
