I'm currently working with a company based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a credit controller to join their growing team.

To work within this company you would need to be a understanding, proactive and empathetic individual who is able to listen to each person's individual needs.

They need someone who can problem solve and come up with solution to make a customer's life easier, rather than someone who just wants to debt collect.

They are dedicated to give the best possible service and customer care, treating all customers with honesty and integrity, so if you want to feel like you're making a difference this is the role for you.

Your duties in this role would consist of chasing outstanding payments, working to 30-90 day payment terms, negotiating payment plans, allocating cash, raising sale and credit invoice/notes, producing debtor reports and dealing with customer queries.
