Head of Product required for well-established fast growing Fintech organisation looking for someone to come onboard and working within a global team.

This role will be focused on leading the direction of the product strategy and making key decisions in the company growth and future.

I have included a small snapshot below on some of the key responsibilities you will be taking part in:

Implement the strategy for products
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs to identify new opportunities
Guide the user and competitive research of products
Defining and managing the roadmap for products
Drive crossfunctional alignment with product strategy
Set your team's product goals, success metrics and roadmap
Manages teams of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers and UX Designers

Experience needed

Experience in High Risk Environments including Crypto currencies, Gaming, Trading or FX ETC
5+ years of experience working with a tech companies or working in finance
Successful track record of leading complex product strategies.
Experience of formulating and driving a focused product vision
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to make decisions based on impact.
