Description
The Trainee Sales Consultant role includes basic duties within the sales department initially.

The role will evolve over time as they begin to learn more about the products and services that we offer, with the expectation that they will eventually become a fully trained Vauxhall-approved Sales Consultant.


SLM Group sets very high expectations for customer experience and has won many awards for doing so, meaning that the Trainee Sales Consultant will be expected to help consistently deliver that same high level of excellence at all times.


Requirements:


What we're looking for in a Trainee Sales Consultant:

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent customer service/people skills delivering services to high standards?
  • Excellent telephone manner?
  • Polite,?calm,?and approachable personality?
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
