Job Description:
As a member of the Parts Customer service team, this role is to provide customer service to allocated Dealers, through the research and completion of technical enquiries and sales queries, to our agreed service levels.
Key Tasks will include:
- Researching and responding to customer enquiries on parts
- Liaising with supply chain and engineering to identify parts, pricing and other item attributes required by our customers
- Making proactive dealer calls to identify sales and business improvement opportunities
- Working as a team to improve overall dept. customer responsiveness
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a parts or service environment, preferably within the screening and crushing industry
- Be technically minded with good knowledge of component parts used in machinery e.g. Hydraulics, bearings etc.
- Be able to research & resolve enquiries from existing information sources.
- Having the ability to read drawings and technical publications would be highly desirable
- Be able to work with others to achieve deadlines within a highly pressurized environment
