As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for first line customer queries in relation to their utilities, ensuring each customer receives a professional and friendly service.

The Customer Service Advisor will be working in a brand new state-of-the-art office, basedin Salford, and joining a interactive team.
Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
- Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
- Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
