This is quite a company to be part of. The role of the Operations Manager is varied fast-paced and front and centre of the customer experience. It covers every conceivable aspect of business, from order flows to local regulations, and delivery. This roleis for someone with has worked within a founder-led business before and is strong in process improvement and global compliance to troubleshoot problems

  • Solid experience in logistics within the beauty industry
  • The ability to manage direct reports
  • Enjoys getting the job done in a dynamic and progressive manner
  • Ability to collaborate across the business in a fastpaced and evolving environment
  • Highly professional with great commercial acumen

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver accurate demand plan and forecast within target levels
  • Managing the supply chain from planning and purchasing through to importing and delivery both internally and externally
  • Lead the implementation of an S&OP strategy across the business and unlock process and system improvements.
  • Manage 3PLs to improve the quality of service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the "Product Masterfile" ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all product information
  • Inventory profiling and analysis
  • Manage ongoing projects to upgrade our infrastructure, including the implementation of EDI and the launch of a new B2B online ordering platform
