Description:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Mobile Handyperson to join our Facilities Services team.

As a Mobile Handyperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.

Your main responsibility will be attending to various repair and maintenance tasks across different locations, providing high-quality service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and facilities
  • Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Assist in the coordination of external contractors for specialized repairs and projects
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in general maintenance or related field
  • Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques
  • Experience with handling hand and power tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
