Job Description Industrial & Mechanical Administrator with Stork:

To provide administrative support to the business in a professional, timely and cost efficient manner to ensure that functional and business support needs are met.


Tasks and Responsibilities as
Industrial & Mechanical Administrator:

Personnel

  • Assisting with the induction departmental processes in close liaison with team members.
  • Actively promote and ensure company HSEQ polices are not compromised.
  • Ensure that all department personnel information is recorded and is accurate.
  • Liaise with all personnel (Internal & External) to ensure any job specific certifications are received and uploaded onto the internal system to meet core mandatory certificate requirements for the designated role.
  • Where applicable follow internal process for engagement of PAYE & Limited Company personnel.

Financial

  • Process expenses requests for authorisation
  • Collate and verify all supporting documentation is correctly coded to support the invoicing process.
  • Collate & verify timesheets monthly for payroll to process

Administration Support

  • Support all I&M departments with mobilisations
  • Support all I&M departments with Training Requirements
  • Support all International mobilisations
  • Update IRATA performance & Statistics
  • Complete offshore IRATA paperwork
  • Maintain reporting of IRTA Records
  • Maintain good working relationship with managers and staff.
  • Confirm receipt of and ensure that administration requests are actioned in a timely manner#

Specific Requirements for the Rope Access Administrator**:

Education & Experience

Education

  • Minimum of 4 standard grades or equivalent, of which English and Maths are mandatory.

Experience and Skills

Essential

  • Basic level of experience in:
  • Ability to manage workload to meet the demands of the organisation.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Competent in using MS Office software in particular Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage.
