LONDON
£50,000-£60,000+BONUS +BENEFITS
THE COMPANY
This leading retailer operates through brick-and-mortar stores, online website, an app and through other retailers.
They are looking to increase the CRM and Campaign focus across the business and looking for someone to come in and take ownership of thisspace.
You will be responsible for the full CRM strategy on a global scale. This alongside reporting into the Director level there is heaps of responsibility available for you.THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you will cover the full region.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Work collaboratively with various teams in the organisation to inform them about CRM and Campaigns.
- Endtoend ownership of comms, planning, strategizing campaigns, and executive campaigns.
- Embed bestpractice within CRM across the business UK as well as globally.
- Look at A/B Tests on campaigns, running and getting insight on these.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful CRM Manager will have:
- Experience with Klaviyo, Epsilon, Adobe, Braze, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within a business.
- Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of CRM/campaign having worked in the space for 3+ years.
