Reporting to Customer Contact Team Leader the Customer Contacts Specialist (Rents) is responsible for responding to rent account management demands from customers, with the aim of early resolution.


About You:


You will have experience working in a rents role in the housing sector or similar (highly desirable) and of using a negotiation / coaching style approach to achieve outcomes.

You will have experience of of rent recovery processes and a good understanding ofwelfare benefits including Universal Credit and Housing Benefits and the tools available to customers to help them manage their rent accounts successfully.

You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment with a proven ability of deliveringa high standard of customer service.
