Salary:
£38,253 - £50,893 per annum (DEO) + Paid Breaks + £2,000 welcome bonus

Location:
Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham (B74)

Hours:
Days - 40 hour contract
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Time Recruitment are working with a large national healthcare organisation renowned for industry leading care and a largely recognised brand both internationally and nationally.

The provider is a top 20 care home provider in the UK; awarded this accolade in2021; this particular service is undergoing a clinical transformation.

So we are on the look out for a registered nurse with active NMC pin to support the nurses as a the clinical deputy manager.

The service is set in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.

This stunning service is under a new RGN registered nurse manager on site and you will oversee 3 unit managers overall offering managerial support to the wider team on a fully supernumerary basis; the service provides nursing and residential care for both olderpeople with physical disabilities.

Convalescence (recovering from an operation), respite and palliative care alongside a specialist unit for dementia nursing care.

You will oversee a team of nurses and several well-trained care staff as a Clinical Deputy Manager here and your duties will be to promote clinical excellence, keep records and maintain clinical governance, manage staff rota's; supervisions and appraisals andmanage admissions into the service alongside work with the wider MDT.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager here you will be endorsed to achieve your NVQ level 5 in leadership and mentorship abilities, there is specialist management program to allow you to excel in your role and lots of internal progression available.

Applicants for the Clinical Deputy Manager role should be NMC registered and RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified; with a passion for leadership and some senior nursing/unit management/clinical leadership or deputy home management experience.
