He /she also manages the day-to-day operations and administrative matters related to company as well as project participation.

Establish a Business Partner approach in providing advice, support and training to the management team in all aspects of HR including Employment Law,

Equal opportunities and other associated legislation. Pro-actively communicate with both senior Management Team and staff both formally and informally on a regular basis


Understands the recruitment needs, manage the whole hiring process, works closely with the hiring managers to ensure culture fit and skills to meet future growth strategy - Manages Employer Relation issues, raised from the stakeholders.

Advice may include disciplinary, grievances, sickness, absence, and variations of contracts

CIPD Level 5

Travel in this role

Up to £32,000

Ensure HR administration systems are fit for purpose, maintained appropriately in line with legal and best practice requirements and are able to produce timely and accurate management information - Participate in other projects / initiatives as assigned
