Harrison Bathrooms are a leading UK distributor of bathroom goods and due to expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our growing Operations and Logistics team.
You will have proven experience within a similar role in a busy, fast paced office environment, looking for a new challenge with a company that supports growth and development from within.
- Taking and fielding phone calls for the department
- Handling Logistics and Operations daily tasks
- Maintaining and tracking the returns and collections process
- Administration and customer service with customers
- Processing paperwork accurately and maintaining the database
- Responding to the daily tasks in an efficient way
- Ensuring the driver fleet complete their paperwork daily
To qualify for this role you will be:
- Self motivated and able to use your own initiative
- The ability to multitask
- A calm unflappable approach in a busy and demanding environment
- Problem solver
- Have excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
- Microsoft competent particularly Excel
- Willing to develop your skills
- Experience of working with Sage
Salary:
£21,840.00 per year
Benefits:
- Discounted or free food
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds LS12 6HJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
