You'll be available for a 9month fixedterm contract and open to occasional travel, hybrid working options available.

The Recipe


We're proud of our heritage and we love our brand, we know you will too Working alongside our Head of Marketing Communications and our in-house team, you'll be a brand ambassador and guardian for our Social and Digital content and brand campaigns.

With your experience and creativity, you'll be able to plan and bring ideas to life to grow love for our brand and drive awareness of our products.

You will be an expert in your field with in-depth channel knowledge across social and digital media. You'll have extensive experience of how to activate best in class campaigns and be able to track and report on performance, adapting as you go for best return

You'll have a blended approach, able to think strategically and act operationally and hit the ground running.

You'll be responsible for growing the brand and protecting our reputation online, governing what goes out across our social channels.

You'll be building relationships with Influencers and key brand ambassadors to support product launches and campaigns across all the different Social Media platforms, with a keen eye on new developments and how we can maximise new social channels effectively.

You'll be involved with planning campaigns (think crumpet slippers, Christmas jumpers and inflatabagels, creating content calendars, delivering on project deadlines, managing budgets, and creating and delivering reports to measure our success and return on investment.

Essential Ingredients

  • Available for a 9month fixed term contract
  • Hybrid working arrangements, able to travel as required
  • A strategic social and digital marketeer with experience in a similar role
  • At least 8 years' experience in social and digital marketing
  • Experience of engaging customers and stakeholders with social campaigns that bring the brand to life in line with brand values
  • Excellent project management skills, planning and shaping our Social and Digital brand and channel strategies working with the wider creative team
  • Experience of being a brand guardian and steward for a major brand
  • Technically proficient in briefing media and creative agencies and managing and delivering a highly targeted and effective media plan for both paid social campaigns and media content and organic activity.
  • Reporting, analytics and measures of success, demonstrating KPI's, engagement and reach, providing insights and learnings for the future
  • Ability to motivate and coordinate internal and external teams
